You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging is intact
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- The return request is made within 3 days of delivery
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at beeluxehoneyofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our customer service team will respond with return instructions within 24 hours
- Package your item securely with all original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We'll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions
- You'll receive an email confirming receipt and status of your return
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, we're happy to offer an exchange. Simply contact us with photos of the damaged product, and we'll arrange for a replacement to be sent. For all other exchange requests, please follow the standard return process.
Shipping Costs
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong or defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
